Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agree to these terms at the time of purchase.
Returns
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your product. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: The returned item must be in the same condition as received – unused, in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
Exclusions: For hygienic reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

How to start a return:
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@elleconewyork.com with the following:

Your order number

The reason for the return

A photo of the item (if damaged)

Refunds
Procedure: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days:

Double-check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company or bank – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping Costs

All customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

All returns must be sent to China, and shipping starts from €20, payable by the customer.
Exceptions
Damaged or incorrect items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the second item is still incorrect, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated processing system.
